Well my site visit to the Chiswick Fireplace Company is nearly over. It’s been really enjoyable sharing some of these tips with the site owners, especially as they have become very receptive to the idea of the website being a partnership between the customers and the business.
I’ll leave the last word to Debbie – I caught her out with a last minute request about what she thought about what had happened on World Usability Day – (she wasn’t expecting to be announcing her thoughts to the world, so she made a few notes to help Image may be NSFW.

I always find it rewarding to demystify websites, showing that it’s not the code and the hosting that ultimately matters, it’s all about the online chemistry between the site owner and the visitor – the melting pot where goals are met and sales are made.
I’ll do one final World Usability Day 2009 post showing you the new interactive brochure – I’ll try and get that prepared in the next couple of days – I have to get back to real world work for a bit – jobs are stacking up! Image may be NSFW.
